I would still be interested in the scanner attributes to see
if there is something unusual. Also, it would be interesting to
see the command blocks that are actually sent to the scanner,
especially everything, that has to do with the 'set window' command.
The settings in this comand determine the actual scan area.

If you set 'option dump 2' in the microtek2.conf file, the backend
prints them to stderr.
