I picked up the sources and had some problems with compilation on Linux.
After fixing that, it even wont work with my HP Photosmart photoscanner
(bad responses from scanner).
So now I want to try to lift it to sane 0.71 and see where the problem is.
When I get it running, I can pass the sources to the list for additional
tests on other HP-scanners.

Sincerely

Peter
