    Considering the above and that the patch is rather small I have
    comitted it to CVS with the following changes:

    manpage: * --batch* instead of --batch-*
             * added description of --batch-start
             * used order: --batch --batch-start --batch-count --batch-double
               --batch-increment everywhere
               
    source: * "/* */" instead of "//"
             * added description of --batch-increment
             * used above mentioned order
             * --batch-double instead of --batch-doublesided in short description
