    What's the problem in snapscan?

    Use "--disable-warnings" not "--without-warnings". With
    "--disable-dynamic" only dynamic loading is disabled, the shared
    libraries are generated nevertheless (if the platform supports shared
    libraries). I'm not sure, if this is intended.
