DTC436e SCSI (comes with mustek paragon 800 II sp)

so the SANE docs say that the DTC scsi card is not worth the bother because
it doesn't use IRQs, but pnpdump seems to think that it does use them.

so, uh, what chipset is this thing based upon so that I can try it out and
provide a datapoint for the man pages?
