Assuming you're using a b&w (not color) camera: yes, this is a known
problem and it has been fixed in the latest sources (I received a
patch much earlier than that, but missed it the first time round).
If you need a patch urgently, let me know. Otherwise, sane-0.68
should be out the door soon (couple of days).
