    Hi Michael,

    what a positive surprise (really!) that someone at Mircotek is going to
    support us. I spend much time to get my Phantom 330CX to work, because I
    only had old specifications from your ftp server. I think that the first
    and most important step for us would be to get a current document about the
    SCSI command set of the recent scanner models. At the moment we don't know
    which scanner understands which commands, it's mostly trial and error.
