Debugging musteka4s2 backend

I have a new package on the site for looking into the problem. The
musteka4s2debug.tar.gz package will report the ASIC ID, CCD Type, and it
adds some delays similar to those in the original standalone driver.
There is no install script so you'll have to copy the files over the
existing ones yourself.

My scanner reports an ASIC ID of A8 and a CCD Type of 00. Would the
people with the garbage image data problems report what ASIC ID and CCD
Type they get? Do the delays change any of the image results? Please
check both the color and gray scanning modes. Note that the delays make
the scanning process much slower so you probably won't want to scan the
entire area.
