Seems to me that you don't have the libjpeg headers in your system.
try
locate jconfig.h
or
locate jpeglib.h
if you get no response then install the libjpeg-devel package onto your
system (or its SuSe equivalent, I'm using RedHat)
If they are on your system make sure they're in a directory that your
compiler can "see." Good luck.
