Hello raj

I wrote a backend to use any video4linux-device as a scanner.
You may want to try my backend ? You can get it from:
http://www.franken.de/users/solid/v4l-sane.tgz

Just untar it to the backends-directory,
add it to the Makefile
add it to the dll.conf
compile and install it.

You will have to use another video4linux Programm
to tune your bttv-card, or change the video-source.

Color is still not corect. I will try to fix this in
the next days. May you please try this backend and
send a small response ?

Is there anybody out there interested in this backend ?
( I dont know what to add next, when the color-bug is fixed,
how to implement station-tuning on tv-cards. Has somebody
tried it on anything not a B&W-Quickcam or Haupage bttv-card ?)
