recently i bought a mustek scanexpress 6000 SP
after putting the mustek-backend-0.3-files of andreas bolsch
into my sane-0.73-source and recompiling it my scanner
seemed to work.
however, when i try to do color-scans i get images with
sort of shifted colors, .i.e green or yellow
shadows appear next to any edges
this happens regardles the resolution and
the settings in mustek.conf.
a similar problem seems to have been reported
in this newsgroup with a Mustek Paragon 1200 III SP-scanner
