Yup, sending patches to me should work fine. If you want more
frequent updates than that, I'd suggest to maintain your own
backend-specific web page like some other backend maintainers do.
Then we can add a link to your site to http://www.mostang.com/sane/
and you can updated stuff to your hearts content. ;-)
