I'm not aware of any, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If you can
find OCR software for Windows or (better) DOS that will take a simple
input graphics file and perform OCR on it, you could scan it with SANE and
then run it through the DOS-based OCR program running under one of the
emulators.

Yes, it is perhaps the most difficult kind of software that it is possible
to write. :(
