Hi,

I just want to inform you, that i was not able to scan with a microtek
Scanmaker E6. I used a AHA1522 SCSI-Card. If this was a Hardware or a
software-Problem is not for shure, because Windows was not able to use
the SCSI-Card. But i was able to use the SCSI-Adapter to read form a
mod-drive under Linux, so the the AHA should work. But in fact i have no
idea, if the SCSI-Adapter is installed Correctly. I got the following
message, when loading the module:
Jun 18 23:11:36 christian modprobe: Can't locate module scsi_hostadapter
Jun 18 23:11:46 christian kernel: aha152x: BIOS test: passed, auto

when trying to scan, the Computer simply looks up. If you have any idea,
how to get the stuff work, please mail me or the list.

Ciao
Christian
