sane unable to find mustek scanner 1200SP

hi,

i´m try to use the Mustek scanner 1200SP (ScanExpress) but scanimage
always exits with:
"scanimage: open of device mustek:/dev/scanner failed: Invalid
argument"

Hope you find some usefull information in the log prints below:

find-scanner generates this output:

I´m using Linux 2.0.30, with Intel166MMX, 64MB, Adaptec AHA2940 on
board.
