For some reason, xscanimage doesn't detect your scanner. It should
show up as mustek:/dev/scanner or some such. Did you invoke
xscanimage directly or through gimp? In the latter case, make sure
that ~/.gimp/pluginrc is current (you can do this by deleting the
file, then invoking gimp).
