It seems , that I have solved the Problem with the Color Scanning, 
The WORKAROUND Flag was set, which is hard to deactivate :-( should
be an configure option, or an option SANE could fidn out itself
when checking for the scanner.

The Problem with GRAY Scanning is still in a bad condition.
checking scanned sizes with some measurements the whole thing
looks like there are 5-10 line of lost Data.
Someone aware of this ?
