I am soooooo happy, today I found out about sane and that my scanner is
supposed to work with linux (I was gonna dump it)
So quickly I compiled it. ok I got an BUslogic 948 (linux 2.0.30) and
when I do
scanimage --mode Color > file.ppm
(got /dev/scanner in mustek config file) it starts scanning, but after a
while I get this in messages:

and so on. The Scanner stalls and I have to turn it off/on.
The scanner is target 3, target 1 which is beeing reset is the HD, where
the binary scanimage lies on
I chack the file I dumped the output to and thereis already somthing,
just only til the scanner stops...
Do I have to fiddle with the scsi source ? Where ?
Other thing : I got the newst gtk+970606.tar.gz so I can use xscanimage,
but after recompiling sane I still dont have the xscanimage binary, how
can I compile it in ?

oh and scanimage -L gives:
device `mustek:/dev/scanner' is a Mustek MFC-06000CZ flatbed scanner
device `pnm:0' is a Noname PNM file reader virtual device
device `pnm:1' is a Noname PNM file reader virtual device
is Mustek MFC-06000CZ the right thing for the 600CD ?
